Repair and upgrade your broken 12 volt ride on toy control module. Taking a powerwheels jeep harness swap to get rid of the garbage electronics that most brands of ride ons come with stock. Doing this mod will provide dependable operation with basic switches that can easily be purchased online if needed. In this video we strip the control module and tiny gauge wiring out of a drifter jeep. We replace the wiring with a proven dependable system from a powerwheels jeep. You will need to source a donor jeep and perform surgery to transplant into your broken ride on toy. I refer to this repair as a PW swap and I also go over how to gain traction by removing the low speed series wiring in the shifter wiring system. I love the idea of doing a full harness swap from a power wheels. Thank you for sharing this video! It's in my future to do a similar swap.. time permitting and donor availability. I purchased a Hyper Toys Jeep Gladiator 12 volt ride-on for my son. He loves it, but I'm having issues with the motors and the circuit board. I can't wait to ditch the crappy electronics and tiny gauge wires on it.

So if i cut the two wire for high speed only how does that switch receive signal and power not being tied to first switch

Hello, I’m sure you get a million question so I understand if you don’t get to mine. My son has the Uenjoy jeep. The sound stopped working. I’ve changed the speaker but no luck. What do you think the problem could be? I also changed the small motherboard. The one under the hood. Also is there a good way to get more speed out of the jeep. Thanks!

What's the piece inside the car that controls the turning ability through the remote control. And how do you replace it? It can only be controlled manually and I can still use the controller to go backwards and forward. But that's about it. And It's not the controller. It's the part inside the car.

I didn't understand about the one wheel should spin backwards and the other spin forward. I put one of those wiring kits in a jeep. Both wheels go backwards but switch it forward left one spins forward and the other spins backwards. That's off the ground and it's still got the high/low switch and it's not been rode yet PLEASE HELP🙏.

Lol, that project has been a major pita! having issues with it running away under full throttle. Not sure if its a defective controller or what. Hope to get back to that one soon.

Hello. The wires that connect to the battery on our Best Choice jeep wrangler are completed gone from corrosion. I found a wiring harness replacement on amazon but I cant figure out how to install it as the red wire looks like its hard wired with screws to the back of the engine? Please help? Helen

How can I get this car to go up hills? Tiniest hill and the car shuts off.

Needs a bigger thermal fuse because the high amp draw is tripping the unit off to protect from melting the wiring. U risk burning up the wiring but that is what the issue is

Hey i change the motor on my kids car from 12000 rpm to 30000 rpm but the car keeps turing off when the kids get in it to drive when i lift it ru es fine but under load it cut off i try'ed to remove the terminal fuse and run direct but still turing off sounds like it is clicking in the control modul what can i do to fix it BTW awasome videoes 👌🙌

Motors want to spin 30k and are drawing too many amps. Those hi speed motors will just burn up in ride ons. I would install power wheels brand motors that spin 16k

Hello Good Evening, What could be the problem if the toy Only moves in reverse? If i put in forward it won't. If i put in reverse it will reverse. Only the forward is the problem

Not sure what model u have but it's either a shifter switch or relay in your main board

@@CustomKidzCars the switch is also good, i really dont know 😂. But in Switch it will reverse and in the remote control it will reverse, but if i put in forward it forward in Switch and Remote. What could be the problem? Board?

i picked up a jetson and it has a Steel frame under it.....but it comes with that Weely TOTAL TRASH regulator in it. SO its about to get gutted out.......DO NOT EVER BUY WEELY regulators ive had 3 now and they are all total garbage.
