You better not do this if you don't have the email or password. This will lock your phone and you won't be able to setup again. Do not factory reset you will erase everything including your Google Account on that phone! Only do this if it's ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY!!!!!!

A simple update can fix this problem. Why are you going ahead to advise people to wipe off all their data?? That's not nice, particularly if you know the truth.
