Presta valve spray with wd40 leave overnight try turning again but maybe even get new valve if tubeless or new tube if no luck they cost hardly anything thanks fir your comment 👍 hope this helps
I'd actually used the wd40 before you got back to me and it worked. Cheers for the reply 👍 had my first ride out this evening. Nervous on the roads but I guess I'll get used to it 😂
