Thanks for your lovely comment, and I'm pleased you like it. I don't have many stud walls, so I can't really do a video on that unless I mock up a section of wall. If you can find the studs then large wood screws are all you need. Something like 2inch no 10 or 12. Small coach bolts should work well too.
