This video is for those with lower end PCs. I have done lots of testing to try and find the best settings for Escape From Tarkov. I hope it helps! MSI Afterburner - www.msi.com/Landing/afterburn... Twitch - www.twitch.tv/thealphafoxtv
Can confirm that this video is still relevant one year later thanks a lot man really helped me out. I couldn't run Streets before but now I can! much love
Thank you for the video, I was getting decent FPS but had stuttering every several seconds and FPS drops. I did both what you did in this video as well as get the Process Lasso that a couple of the people in the comments suggested. Cheers to you and them!
Thanks heaps for this man, saved my life! I can FINALLY play streets haha! And I’ve got basically the same setup except a 1070 instead of a 60. You’re a champion brother.
Thanks a lot for this, can't run streets and my pc restarts mid raid. Lastnight I killed a few rogues, coming up the building 3 my scope stopped working lol, and then i got hit with black screen and a restart. So i called it a night with a buddy and I. Will be testing now, either way if it works or doesn't I want to thank you for the video. Cheers lad
Thank you so much for this video bro! I could not play Streets at all before this video and Lighthouse was only playable half of the time but now both are playable with decent performance on my lower end build. 1660Ti with 16GB of Ram for reference.
Holy shit, I had to stop playing and come thank you. I have tried all the guides and only really noticed changed when the game went through patches. I followed these steps and also got MSI afterburner. My laptop can now hold a decent steady fps (not high at all but better than jumping around in a 100 fps range) and I just finished a Streets raid. Streets is PLAYABLE NOW!! Thank you sir. I just had a steady 45 fps on streets and I could see the map for the first time proper like
hi, excellent video, I finally solved the fps problem I had, where I couldn't use the x4 scoopes because 40fps lag and it was impossible to shoot... thanks again, and have a good life👏
I have 32 gigs of RAM on my PC and I was only using a small fraction of it on my C drive. I added all 32G RAM to my C drive and maybe I'm crazy but it seems my PC loaded up way faster on the restart. Thanks for this.
@@WrinklyAlbert follow his video and change the settings like he did. I'm getting 25 more FPS on tarkov. I was getting between 50-80 FPS now I'm getting 75-105 FPS and consistently over 90 FPS.
You're not adding your ram to your c drive You're just using your c drive as ram. In other words you've always been using 32gigs unless you haven't unlocked your xmp profile in bios
Maybe its my pc but i tried all of this and i still crash going into raids. Doesnt even load in crashes as soon as “creating loot pools” hits 100%. Not sure what to do
Hey new here..I watch this vid..I followed the first part about this pc..enter my ram size to set..then realised I’m Radeon gpu..but I already press apply..every since that my game crashes.so I’ve rolled back my gpu software to older version..the game is working but I can’t open my Radeon setting..it’s saying something about windows have removed my gpu software…please help..in not computer literate at all..
That pc is on the lower end. I would guess the ram is overloading and shutting the game down. 8bg simply isnt good enough for Tarkov. 16 is even pushing it. @@ImS1nister
I figured it out, under chrome settings>system>hardware acceleration got turned on and made every bit of text grainy. Not sure how that got turned on by the settings you provided, but windows text was also altered. @@TheAlphaFox
Get 5800x3D for even better performance by a long shot instead, and you wont even need the faster ram with the cpu due to how it handles memory. I upgraded from 5600x to 5800x3D and I saw 30-40% fps improvement and it did not matter if i had ram on faster profile or not
@@TheAlphaFox thanks for the reply i verified my files now just error code 10300 probably just gunna return the pc just bought it so still under warranty
@@Foxyyy850 I would remove Tarkov completely and reinstall before returning Pc. Just to see if it fixes it. You don’t have an update for the gpu that’s needed? This can help sort out a lot of problems
I did uninstall and reinstall. My first problem was driver needed updated then that was fine. I was getting less than 5 fps on streets lol hence why I’m here
