If you notice you lose aim assist try switching to the second option for a few minutes and then switch back to what you normally run. If that doesn't work just play on the second option (either default or Black ops) for a day or two and then switch back. I have to say though the "ADS Sensitivity Transition Timing" made a huge difference in making gun fights feel a lot smoother. I'll have a bench mark video and monitor settings video out fairly soon.
I've been testing independent options instead of Affective on Fov where you have 120 fov but when you aim in target is closer. Feels like I play better that way just little more visual recoil but nothing I can't control definitely helps with long range alot 😊
Always thought it was SBMM messing with aim assist because it always seems to happen after a good day with high kd. Then next day is shi. Going to try this
It was real bad in Verdansk and Caldera and I have to say it did always seem to happen when ever I went on a stretch of playing good. Now I just switch it to black ops play for a few then switch back to default. If it doesn't reset I play on black ops until I default feels good again.
@@KickRocksGamingChannel yea tried it from having no rotational in shooting range and switched to black ops and had it. Then switched back and don’t have it so there could be a time delay or something going on to where it doesn’t always change if you go back to original aa
@Kick rocks gaming channel. I have this problem right now. I'm a 2.58kd on battle royale and 3.33 on resurgence so not too bad 😅 but I had to factory reset my Xbox series x the other day. And after redownloading the game. I basically had no rotational assist and on top of that my sensitivity of 6 felt like it was 15 instead. So all weird stuff. I practically gave no aim assist right now. And super weak. I know that relying on that alone is not good because "hacks" but I've always been a controller player since 2007 with cod. Just weird glitch I guess.
I'm gonna be getting on in a little bit and testing how everything feels after the update. Normally I lose frames after every update, if it happens again I'll delete the files and see if it makes any difference.
@@alvarodiaz6274 The frames on the new map are a lot lower then Ashika Island, I deleted the folder again and saw a small frame increase. I biggest thing I noticed is the game felt a little more responsive after I deleted the file again.

I've waiting for this season 4 update to drop before I started testing things. I didn't wanna collect data then have the update screw the results up if things ended up changing. I'll probably start running the bench marks on Friday. Today and tomorrow I'll be trying to see what's changed in terms of settings.

To be honest, I don't underatand why people say aim assist is broken. I have literaly 0 aim assist in my games, it's weird when I play a match and I can feel any aim assist at all lol
Some times it feels like that for me too. This whole last week its felt significantly weaker then normal. I'm not a big conspiracy theorist but honestly its probably different for every player at any given time. Giving what they said in the SBMM patent and all the times I've felt the change in strength, I would not put it past them to base if off of day to day skill.
@@KickRocksGamingChannel that's f'ed up, Aim Assist looks pretty strong in every streamer and youtuber around in the platform but when I'm playing, it feels like it's completly off or like it's working just at a 15-20%. This game is pretty weird hahahah
no, i did not see this being of any help, because the aim assist is for consoles only not PC which give all of you the unfair advantage over PC players
PC aim assist on controller is overpowered mate you have a lot more consistent aim assist then us and it's a lot more stronger especially minimum visual recoil bounce on your guns
On the left stick I keep the minimum dead zone at 0, it can help give you better aim assist and the max I keep around .75-.80 just so I can get into the tac sprint quicker. On the right stick I keep the minimum at .2 or .3 unless I get stick drift, then I'll raise it a little. The max on the left I just keep at 1.
