My wifi kept cutting out or not working at all and when it did work if I moved the computer the slightest bit, it would cut out again. So, I figured it had to be something loose with the wifi card and it turns out that just taking it out and putting it back in, completely solved the problem! Wifi never cuts out now! I did this on a HP model 14-ak013dx but it will work on any Chromebook. This is my first quick video for learning purposes and I know it is terrible but I hope it helps someone out! yes, I took it apart and cleaned it and put it back together, and it has been working perfectly ever since then.

So you switched the wires around and it worked ?

I just basically took everything apart and made sure all of the connections were together properly when I put it back together, and it worked fine after that.

Yes it is possible to usea wifi adapter or add a new wifi card to the computer.

I took it out and replaced it. Didn’t work. Put the old one back, didn’t work. Now I have to buy a new computer

I have not had issues with the Bluetooth so I am not sure about fixing it.

That happened to me w one of them. It was a pain getting it to snap back on. You have to get the holes directly connected to snap together. I used a tiny flathead screwdriver to push it into place.
