How To Fix Windows Didn't Load Correctly
This problem occurs during power outage or if the BCD is corrupted
Open Advance Options - Startup Repair (Restart)
Advance Options - CMD - Type SFC / Scannow (SFC scannow command will scan all system files and will replace the corrupted files)

Data remains. This method is only to fix the corrupted system files :)

@@HowToFix86 hello I tried something on some kind black admin tab sfc scannow and it said Windows resource protection found corrupted files and successfully repaired them then I scanned it again and it said that does not have any problems but ik still in this problem please help

You can use 3rd party software to reset the password

admin password if youre the admin of the computer. else just your normal password

You need to use a third party application to recover it. Boot it in USB

unplug mo muna lahat ng nakasaksak sa pc/laptop. After nun check mo kung may restore point. Incase wala padin try mo i boot sa safe mode kung kaya. Else kung ayaw pa din reset or clean install nalang. Usually ang chkdsk, sfc tsaka fixmbr gagana na dapat
