Be sure to try out some of drills mentioned in the video, should definitely help with arching. Then will your handstands be easier to control!

you are awesome my only problem in the handstand is my arching lower back i can't fix it why ?? because i don't know how ?? 😭😭😭

Abdalrahman Alqaisy Have you tried checking to see if you can put your arms over your head without arching your lower back ? Like at 0:36-1:23 in the video ? Mostly all in the shoulder mobility . Let me know if you have any other questions !

Visionary Calisthenics yes i tried that ! but i quickly fall infront i feel my lower back is too weak i can't control it but my upper body is very strength im beginner thank you for answering my question i appreciate that pro

my back is naturally arched more then the average person. even when I stand my back isn't straight. I can handstand for about 15 secs but its extremely hard to get my body straight. any more tips?

Hey shannon, One question, when you say your back isn't straight even while standing do you mean without applying good posture? Or even you when try to straighten out you arnt straight ? Without trying to straighten out constantly throughout the day , one can develop bad posture . But if you try to straighten out and its hard, it could be a number of possibilities that would require you to study your body more so you can pin point the issue. But two things I will recommend to do is start training flexibility. Focus on hamstring as they can pull on your back if they are tight. And also training the bridge. Most back alignment issues lie on the entities mobility. Thus increasing mobility that involves the back should help you out.
