Thanks Coach. Your explanation and demonstration of the proper mechanics throughout this video is incredible helpful. Don't want to get injured doing the exercise(s) meant to prevent injury. LOL!
could you guys do a follow along workout with this video? I would watch that almost every other day. Trying to get in shape during this pandemic and I struggle a lot with glute activation, low back pain and a weak core from being sedentary for so long. New sub, you guys are awesome!
Just started back walking and working out to prepare for a marathon in December. However, after each and every workout, I’m exhausted. I’m totally spent. I can’t seem to find any information on this online. Would anyone happen to have any suggestions? Thanks!!!
Thanks for the great content. Any suggestions for easing back into running after a short calf strain? It happened during my marathon training plan for Rotterdam (7th April). Be great to chat.
Why don’t the glutes turn on after the hamstrings and lower back start to hurt from being over worked from from weak glutes in the first place? Is “position” keeping the glutes from being able to turn in at all? - A curious beginner thank you
Hello I do low heart rate training at 180 cadence. Consequently my feet are like shuffling a lot anmy left foot, especially trips and I fall quite a few times with broken up concrete or whatever in the way. How can I keep this from happeningI’m going to buy some hand and wrist protectors to at least try and prevent injury..
My left gluteus is a lot weaker than my right one. I can tell because when I exercise my left side gets tired very easily and can’t complete the same exercises I can do with my right side. No wonder all my running aches start on the left. Any tips to correct this imbalance? I’ve been thinking about doing more reps with my weaker side but not sure if that is the way to go.
I bet my bottom dollar (excuse the pun) that you need a chiropractor from what you have described. I did and now I run like the wind without favouring one side or the other. At least not noticeably. And if you do go to a Chiropractor be sure s/he is also a Kinesiologist too. That means once your skeletal structure is aligned so too will your muscles be set properly in place.
Thank You... I feel sharp pain under my glute muscle (Right)... And it's hampered my running... Bcz of that I couldn't run so fast. What can I do for that?
Hey there! I'm linking the first in the series of three videos on plantar fasciitis that I hope you'll find helpful! The next two in the series covers mobility and stability exercises to help fix and prevent it :) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-utgISeXjhk4.html
I'm having problems with hip tendenitis and pain and tightness in my glutes. I'm a runner who is focusing on trying not to drop or raise one side of my hip during running is this a good routine to help strengthen? are there any other exercises you would recommend ?
I am just about recovered from strained adductor and abs due to trying to push hips forwards but edging up running with tilted pelvis combined with weak glutes.
Holly says Glutimus Minimus Glutimus Medium and Glutimus Maximus. I’m thinking My name is Maximus Decimus Meridius, commander of the Armies of the North, General of the Felix Legions, loyal servant to the true emperor, Marcus Aurelius. Father to a murdered son, husband to a murdered wife. And I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next.
Hi Ajaaz- Holly meant 5 rounds of all of the exercises together. So, a 400m run, 10 air squats, 10 glute bridges, a short rest, and then repeat that whole sequence four more times!
