Is this for the new turbos? I got them but never realized another 3gs to get it turned thinking of returning them and getting stock turbos as the cars been down almost a year after blowing a stock turbo

After you tune your car , do you have to leave the “dongle” plugged into your OBD 2 port or can you plug it out when finished. Asking because I have a milewise dongle for my car that I need to keep plugged in.
