You are the best tutor, I have seen,with great scientific & technical knowledge. 🌹I can't understand the meaning of "Ribcage Engage" could you clarify it ma'am.How can I engage it? And one more... 🌹To lift my hips and legs( both for front floating and back floating)should I tighten my abs/ stomach or suck my belly button to the spine? Not arching by back. Please help 💕🙏💕

About ribcage engagement. Put your hand on your ribcage and try to laugh very hard or make a short loud yell, like they do in those Karate movies. When the ribcage draws in, it is engaged. I might've explained it a bit better here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-h26CjFpVqVs.html

No matter the position you are in, prone or supine, your core should always be engaged. Just maybe in a bit different degree of engagement. No back arching because that will create drag during swimming and the balance will be off.
