Hi Brian. So apparently you are not in your mind when you speak, you are kinda in flow state. How do you do that 1 hour qna videos without thinking and just being in your body? Where are those words coming from? I am afraid if I stay in my body all the time , I am going to forget what to say.

it's a little tricky to talk about flow states and the control of emotions , to get that idea of yours to people is a hard thing to do, personally that's the greatest thing I've learned in my life, this is a holly knowledge, at first when I was watching your earlier videos I felt that flow in your speech and the way you talk , it felt so authentic, I wasn't paying attention to what were you talking about, so I realized the importance of personality and the energy you give when you speak, I literally have a lot to talk about with people but no one listens , it's not what you say that matters , it HOW you say it !! then I noticed a progress in your flow after you met Zan Perrion , so I started watching his materials, and then I realized what really was going on, Zan did a great job on his approche with the energy of men , after practicing and a lot of analyzing the approches of you two , I felt it everything changed in my eyes , my way of looking to things changed, the standers and the value of things changed .. and most importantly i got a real grasp on the why , the reason and the meaning of Zan's quote ' every great life , have had in it a great renonciation''

100% true, I used to take a run in the forest everyday during the summer, at many times I would just stop and enjoy the silence/the moment or even the deer which calmly stood there eating and then bam I would snap out of it. Just what you ware talking about in the video.

Bruh, your videos are killing me. I was watching one of them a few days and and you mentioned doing BJJ to ground yourself. Just a couple hours prior I had signed up for lessons. It was one of those shocking moments when you feel like the universe was talking to you. Now this. Couple days ago I had a moment where something clicked in my head and I learned how to surrender to the moment and not think or analyse it when talking. Just go with what my body naturally wants to do. Now I'm watching your shit again and you are talking about flow states.

A flow product would be incredible. Really, this is probably the most important topic for any game.

What if you have aspergers?

Hi Danny....I was diagnosed high functioning Autistic (the non-fancy form of Aspergers) in 1992 and this stuff by Brian Begins helps. I am terrible with personal interactions, for now, but do great at public speeches. They're like talking to myself--people are there in conversations though (yikes). lol. You'll do fine if you listen and adhere with Brian Begins. Just practice repetition, relaxation, and try starting socializing with general people for six months. Seriously do it somewhere that you like to be where other people are. So many body language tutorials that help me and I ask you to look up "body language" or Alan Pease specifically on RU-vid. Vanessa Van Edwards is great too. Start out there and watch other people for those six months and record and remember with that Aspy sharp memory of yours. Make your specific and intense interest in learning about and empathizing with people. You'll initiate more of your emotional aspect and will have to put aside analyzing. You'll like it when you get use to it. Not analyzing so much is a great way to relieve stress that other's can pick up on (especially ladies). I have and this helps. I live in an awful and ignorant town and I have turned my life around and still have a lot of turning to do! I ask you to take extra time to absorb and understand and then seriously practice socializing. Aspys do what they do the best and when you get body language, empathy, being grounded, and confident in your emotional capabilities, you will be a true people person. You'll understand them, even when you don't agree with them, and you wont misunderstand others or yourself. You'll be able to present yourself in a different way. Your logic and analyzing will not be lost, it will be an option for when you need it. You will be truly free. Message me at any time and I can send you links and preferences for socializing, body language tutorials, how to read people and women particularly, and how to use those for yourself too. It's a journey, but we can do it brother!!!!! :)

Some people say autistics/aspergers have no emotional capability. It has been proven that we do. Ours is much stronger and thus suppressed due to the intensity of emotions at times. Your emotional side and masculine side are there--just take them out slowly and get use to them. Take it easy.
