Thinking of the material world brings me confused and tears, alcohol, but Spiritual, Ganja, Swami Mukananada and Srila Prabhupada, Bhagavad Gita,make me think of Krsna, ( hare KRSNA mantra at night for sleep, daily Sadhana rituals every morning and sometimes afternoon at work, pulling out a chair in the room i clean, Daily Sadhana class with Swami Mukananada.. i feel so hurt with my family and work, and terrible roommates housing. But each time i fall down into omg this person did this, i redouble it with spiritual stuff. Videos or reading Scriptures. I am Phenex, each night i die, but when i leave the material world to my little room with my videos and scriptures i find bliss

Self-Interest ---> Narrow focus v/s Unselfish Mind ---> Better Focus Swami Ranganatha - "Spirituality is what can I give when I open my eyes & I find pleased peace when I close my eyes." Love does not need any external force to Focus. Bhakti Leads to Focus on god effortlessly. No Mind. realize that you are that supreme. Get Calm and Steady Mind. Before advaita : "What!?" & after Bhakti advaita : "so what!.".
Swamiji Selfish people suffer is Not what we see!!!? In my personal experience being unselfish surrounded by somewhat selfish people ruined a lot of things.. in fact the advice that was given to me is try to be selfish take care of yourself.. of course you cannot give up your own survival in the process but trying to balance it is a big challenge and we all know how extremely selfish people greedy people are powerful and comfortable whether they truly happy or not is a different issue
