I can't thank you enough for your recipes. I made the dough and 2 fillings, pork and shrimp, and my family loooooved it. Since then it's a monthly event in my home. We get on business so one is rolling the dough, the other folding, the next cooking, and we have a lot of fun and a delicious dinner. I can't wait for the world to be safe again so we can visit Thailand and taste the cuisine. I can only imagine how delicious it is. ❤🧡💛
The folding is not working out for me. After the forth try, and ruining the wrappers, I ended up making them flat on both sides which was easier but it doesn't sit in the pan properly and therefore doesn't brown as well. I tried following this but it didn't work. I made the Thai shrimp gyoza. They were good but were missing that nice crisp bottom. I'll try again next time. Thank you for the recipe!
