Open Activity Monitor: Locate the After Effects process and note the PID number.
Use Terminal: I'll provide a simple command that you'll type into Terminal, along with your PID number, to safely exit After Effects and automatically save your project.
Find Your Saved Project: I'll guide you on where to find your project saved securely, waiting for you to pick up right where you left off.
