You my friend are a genius! I was on the phone with Apple Tech Support for almost 45 minutes. The last resort to was to get into my car and drive 20 minutes to an apple store that didn't even have an available appointment until a day later. Thank you so much! I was crying so hard! I was really worried my phone wouldnt work again, and I was to scared to tell my parents that I had broke my phone. This video helped me so so so much, I really appreciate it! (tip for anyone who this has happened to and is trying to fix it, dont hold down on the volume buttons. Very quickly press the volume up button then quickly press the volume down button and then hold the off button until your screen turns black. If you hold down on the volume buttons, it won't work!)

I watched another video that incorrectly says to let go after you see the apple logo. But letting go when the screen goes black then the apple logo appears is the correct way. Thanks.
