Thank you. Glad I found you and watched. Here we go, but at least I have a great worksheet to start..

I followed your video and opened an LLC now I want to elect an S corp in the taxation and change that with CSLB, they said they wanted the business formed as a corporation with SOS, now I am lost with the video info along with the information online because CSLB are only asking for a S-corporation or a corporation from Secretary of State, if you want to treat it as a corporation!

So if a CA LLC taxed as S corp, how many tax forms are needed? Thanks!
