How to get the latest firmware updates easily on Eonon A12S-series Android car stereo(UA12S Plus, GMA12S, VWA12S, E46A12S, E90A12S, E39A12S, M3BLA12S, M3BKA12S) now?
Go to Setting - System - Check for updates - check version - Click download - Update now - restart take effect - update success.
If your Eonon A12S Series Android 12 Car Stereo does not yet have the FOTA UPDATES feature, please manually download the firmware below to update your system to add the feature.

I have a Q53Pro, after updating the MCU every time I turn on the car it wants to do the MCU upgrade over and over, it also randomly restarts for no reason, it's become unusable, is there a way to erase the whole system and start from scratch ?

I have just tried to download file to usb but unit doesn't recognise the file🤔 which Internet browser should I use, Google, bing etc 🤷‍♂️

I recently purchased a UA12S Plus and was trying to set it up with the FOTA option. I followed the directions on how to format the USB card to FAT 32. I then downloaded the zip file from the link above and when I connected and began to run the update I got an error code. As the system attempted to open the filea I got an hctextcfg, hctcfg, and hctimg aborted during the update attempt and so it wouldnt let me continue with the update. Please advise and kind regards.

Hi friend. It may be that the USB flash disk is not compatible. Please try the following solutions. 1. Please format the USB flash disk to FAT32, and then re-copy the update file to the USB flash disk. 2. Please try to plug the USB flash disk into other USB port of the unit. 3. Please try to use other USB disk to test. If none of the above solutions can solve the problem, please help to take video about your operation process and the update file inside the USB flash disk to support@eonon.com, we will check and provide further solutions for you. If your unit was Eonon A12S series head unit or Q series head unit, it will support FOTA updates.

Hi friend. The E90A12 does not support OTA updates.

@@EononOfficial Hi, One of your tech on youtube answered me it E90A12S can update from Android 12 to 13 via USB , and he sent me link to video where i can download, i downloaded the file update.zip to formatted USB and plugged it to the head unit which then recognize the update but when it reboot for update i got error unable to open the file with path /mnt/usb_storage/update.zip so what is the solution for this ?

Please format the USB flash drive and try to download the update file through the link below. drive.google.com/file/d/1NFntSqylHaV-D1238MXzqSEMD-cSROgn/view?usp=drive_link The update link is to add OTA function module, it will not upgrade to Android 13. If the OTA function is added successfully, please upgrade to Android 13 in the OTA module. if it is still abnormal, please take a video of the complete update process with the update file inside the USB flash drive and send it to support@eonon.com, we will check it further.
