As you were saying how smart Brian is I noticed he’s not wearing eye protection and drilling through metal over his head. 😂 just kidding. Please know I’m just joking about a very serious mistake ALL men make! We’re invincible!!! 😂 The van looks amazing and I’m impressed with the quality and detail you two have put into this project! Love watching the progress!
Only joking, can’t wait to see the finished product. Love that you are documenting it from the very beginning. Brian tends to almost overbuild and that’s good!
watching from the beginning of the camper build I’m just sooooo proud of you two, such an undertaking. The planning of what to use for materials & fitment of everything has to be stressful.
“Well, I am an engineer.” Translates to machinists/mechanics etc. to “It looked good on paper, but I have no idea if it’s practical for those who have to do it”. 😂
I've tackled a couple of indoor projects and I was a beginner also. Sometimes solutions to a problem would come to me in the middle of the night. Just take your time. Looking good. 👍👍🏍🏍🏍🙋♂️
So many people have started these conversions and quit in frustration in the middle and then put the whole mess up for sale. We've watched you do other projects so we're hopeful you'll see this one through to the end. We are rooting for you and appreciate the parts you've taken the time to film and share. Your work is excellent. Thanks for Sharing!
@@LifeontheBlacktop I wonder what the divorce rate is of couples who decide to build adventure vans together 😂. After the insulation debacle Brian better be careful.
Thank you for sharing your progress with us! I enjoyed watching it. You might not want to build another one, but I bet it will be a fun once it's done. Looks like you both are doing a good job. Can't wait to see the video on your first trip in the van.
We don’t watch a ton of other van lifers, but some of my (Heather) favorites are Kara and Nate and Eamon and Bec. I think our very first van channel we ever watched were Max and Lee. Lee passed away so now I think the channel is Max and Occy
The horizontal pieces are 3/4 exterior grade plywood, then the verticals are 1/2” plywood mostly. I would advise against using standard 1x4s or 1x3s because they split very easily. I wanted something with a little strength to it so 98% of it is all plywood.
