How to freeze peaches for use at a later time  

We just discovered that peaches and canteloupe make an amazing smoothie combo! Also sorbet!

I do not have the willpower to be in the same room with pitted and cut peaches and not eat them all.

If you close the bag 95% of the way with a straw you can suck all the air out like a vacuum seal too!

Don't forget to use a grease pencil to write the date on the container ..I use ziplock bags in a larger plastic bin that seals and tight. Helps keep out random flavors and freezer Burn.

Why not vacuum seal after freezing? Possibly last longer in freezer.

Id eat these as soon as they're frozen. I ate 3kgs of frozen apple pure, 800g peaches, handful of frozen grapes, ugggh so damn good, I also like frozen mandarins, strawberries and cucumbers. So yum

Does it work with nectarines? I never see them frozen or canned/bottled, but I like them much better than peaches.
