How to FREEZE PEACHES NO SUGAR & How do they taste when thawed?  

If you like my food preservation videos please let me know. What is your favorite way to preserve peaches?

During hot months, I give my chickens frozen veggies and fruits, especially when temps get in high 90's. Watermelon and cantaloupe are their favs.

I find steaming only adds 6-7mins to the process and makes peeling a breeze. Slicing it while its on the stone allows the stone to fall out effortlessly. Its my preference since I don't like the peel or slicing when I'm ready to use them. It works for me because I'm always excited to get them and willing to do a little more work then, not so much when im ready to bake something 😊

Thank you. I bought some ascorbic acid (similar to Fruit Fresh, which I couldn't find anywhere) and I'm going to add a little to them. I want to peel mine before freezing and I think they might turn brown without the acid. Will try it and see what happens.
