Hi! By specifically focusing on training in very low rep ranges, you will force your neuromuscular system to adapt to the increase in intensity. This could mean you will want to consider exercises beyond what was mentioned in this tutorial such as the eccentric front lever pull up or other varieties of exercises that closely mimic the front lever pull up movement. What this means under the hood is that muscle contractions require less ATP to perform the same repetitions and therefore allowing you to do more. Another thing I could recommend is training multiple progressions within a single set to reach hypertrophy. For example, Full front lever pull up -> half-lay front lever pull up -> advanced tuck front lever pull up -> full front lever hold, all in 1 set. For future reference, as your endurance improves you may also want to consider training with only ~80% capacity. Thanks! Hope this helped.
