I thought i was getting too skinny, so one day i decided to start with push ups, i think then my max was three. I do a lot of research and figure out the perfect form for push ups. i train a lot and 5 months in i'm doing around 50 everyday. I decided i needed a step up. i look into more extreme push ups. As of now my first time doing planche pushups, i can do 3 in a row and then i need a break. i did around 10 and i almost couldn't put my shirt back on because my arms hurt so bad. i want to have my feet off the ground completely in the next 2 months

@DRGPlarp
@DRGPlarp 6 лет назад
Just means they aren’t quite strong enough to support the weight of your body. If you keep trying, eventually your triceps will strengthen to support that weight for longer time. Most difficult exercises require a hell lot more strength and stamina to hold the position. Then again, I might be wrong, just keep building those triceps before trying anything harsh with them

I feel like all the planche push up video guides miss pretty crucial exercises - core exercises. At least for me, no matter how many reps I could do of those pseudo planche or tuck planche, the moment I need to spread my legs out to progress further , I can’t because my core was weak. My legs are also thick and heavy since i squat, so maybe that adds extra challenge. Anyone with same experience?
@mwkibomiazawa1003

It is rare to have the core as a limiting factor. Personnally, I dont like the straddle planche because of the flexibility needed, so I am learning the full planche directly.
