There's something called amino acid pool, you'll never go in cathabolic state if you eat enough protein throughout the day. Doesn't matter if you take whey or casein at night.

Gains will also stay if u stop taking creatine but your fatigue strength will affect little bit. For example, if u are hitting 8 reps by using creatine but after stoping creatine.... U will not be able to hit 8 reps but after some time, your body will adapt it and u will be able to hit 8 reps after some time... 👍👍
