The pacing is way too fast for actual beginners. Maybe if you are a veteran dancer you can pick up new dances this fast, but I had to pause and go back 5 minutes SEVERAL times and just practice the individual motions a lot before putting them together. And obviously I'm still no where near doing the entire thing correctly.
