The bank don't know? The bank always know if you are doing business banking. Also, If you aren't disclosing your business debt "Liabilities vs Asset" that you have personally guaranteed, this is called wire, mail and bank fraud. So many of our people get caught up, mostly because we think simply because we got the loan that we didn't do anything wrong. Maybe not knowingly or on purpose. However, ignorance isn't and wouldn't to an excuse to break the law UNKNOWINGLY. We have to tweak the topic because so many things are involved outside of personal and business credit. Nevertheless, I always wish my brothers and sisters in the field great luck in real estate. Always educate yourself, get a mentor and then have your real estate attorney check into your mentor and then have your lawyer check into your lawyer. It's that serious, my comment is from experience and I did everything correct so I'm typing from a power of strength and not a lack of knowledge, Much Love.

Good morning some info not true sorry but i had credit score average of 780 . My 1st business credit card that gave me 10,000 and my 2nd 4,000 with brand new llc. After 6 months got offer for Amex gold and platinum card. Have gold Amex now with credit limit around 50,000. Also to get business loan you have to be in business for 3years and 3yrs of tax return. Chase would like to see 2yrs and every 100,000 thousand ur company makes they will let u borrow 35,000 . I sat down with business specialist that work at banks . They definitely guided u not saying what this brother is saying is not right or wrong but go out deal with bank 1st hand build off that and find the loopholes .

Hi for any of your revolving out going monthly expenses Why not pay it OFF! Insurance, Cable. Pay them off yearly! Get rid of lil revolving bills because they're like small credit cards with lil limits which does nothing for ya. Pay your House off cash it out. A home owner should never be paying on a house for more than 7 years .

Google doesn't allow virtual addresses. I signed up and got my own virtual mailbox at a location near me, tried to send out the Google Postcard, suspended account immediately. Not all of us can afford an office nor does it make sense to even have an office, so you'll have to use your personal home address.

Some updated info: Although Navy Fed uses Transunion for personal as of today June 2023 they use Navy Fed uses Experian for BUSINESS credit. They will not approve anything under 680 not for credit card nor line of credit nor equipment loan. Navy Fed does not do “business loans” it must be for a purchase etc equipment etc and you have to show what it’s for. It’s a long process 5-7 days minimum.

In the case of the vendor and the personal cash. I would suggest that you lend your business the amount of $5000.00. draft a loan agreement and then pay yourself back when the business starts to make money.

To liquidate the funds from your business credit card the logical thing to do is request checks from the business credit card company considering they offer checks when applying. Then just write out a check to yourself instead of going to someone in your supposed audit circle because we all don’t have an “Audit Circle Per Say”

720 is the score that opens doors. Please stress to people that their income whether it's personal or business is the primary factor. Not the credit score. Banks want to know HOW you're going to pay them back. Information like this can mislead a lot of people entrepreneurs. There's a lot of good information but new entrepreneurs with no income can make this work.

Thank you for discussing the risks of over extending yourself. As a former small business lender I’ve seen business owners bankrupt themselves with credit cards and once you file bankruptcy it’s extremely difficult to get future business financing! The risk are real and it’s definitely not discussed enough. If the goal is to build wealth it takes time and if it sounds to good to be try it probably is. Btw, branch managers don’t have any authority to give you credit. They process the apps and are sales people and don’t have the final say at all! PLEASE BE CAREFUL with managing your business and personal credit!
