Any accounting-related role is fine. As long as the job description indicates accounting or finance reporting.

There are many factors that could cause one to not get feedback from the recruiters. One of it could be that your CV does not meet the most part of the job requirements or they are looking for specific skills/experience. Other reasons could be because you are applying through few platforms. For example if you are focusing on only Canada job bank. Sometimes it could be no fault of yours. It could just be that too many people already applied before you did. I had to apply to so many jobs and through many platforms before I got mine. Same as many other people I know. The major thing is to keep at it. Yes. But the employer will have to process your work permit after you have gotten the job because you can’t start working without it

Yes you can. It helps if they indicated that foreign nationals can apply as well. It may mean that they are in the process of getting an LMIA or that they will help them get LMIA.

I learnt I can use my ICAN transcript in place of The University Transcript to apply for the Msc Accounting in either UK or Canada. Kindly confirm the possibility of this

I am not sure about this. You may need to ask those that release contents mostly on Study permits. You can also check the specific requirements of the schools you are applying to. You have my best wishes.
