You have to apply for vci counselling which is based on NEET score, once it gets started it will be informed on the channel

Maam in vci during the special/vacant rounds do they let the other state students apply for nri seats(if vacant) ? And they'll have to pay the nri fees because they got seat under nri quota. Similar to management seats
