i almost have everything the upgraded Mantles - completed upgraded Cleanser & Affinity boosters - i also have those except the motherfookin' elusive Health Booster upgrade, i had no idea how to get it, in fact i was already giving up and not bother to get the upgrade Health Boooster, until this video shows up today so thanks Mr. Darc for making this complete guide, now i'm on my way to get this elusive shit of a booster once and for all lol :)
In order to upgrade the assassin's hood you need to do the 5 star master rank event quest that requires you to be Mr 17 or higher and has players take on a tempered nargacuga in the ancient forest
I'd have to agree about the Glider Mantle but I'd also add either the Health Booster+ (when in a group or facing a dragon elemental creature) or during solo play for the other elemental mantles (Fire, Water, Ice, & Electric) depending on the monster you face. It's extremely rare I use anything else despite having everything maxed out when it comes to mantles or boosters.
Sketchy Senpai The armoury gives you a list of quests. You have to complete the list, or their quest, to unlock the next serie of mission or missions. Also you an buy the upgraded version of the dragon mantle from the research team. If you accidentally have picked up a mission without realising it, then you can go to the optional at the quest board or girl. If you look at the quests you can see who has given the quest, which is placed above the quest information. It should say “Selina armoury”, all those are mantle missions.

Even though I've unlocked the quests for the few tools I haven't upgraded, I still watched & you present the info clearly & accurately as always :) As a status hammer fan, my apothecary & impact mantles see quite a bit of action & like you, my glider mantle sees plenty these days too. I also Use the element-proof one a bit too.

MR 175? Why not 999 Capcom? I mean you might as well if your going to completely time gate it out of casual players reach. I never even hit HR 100 to do the last optional in the vanilla game until after I finished Iceborne's story. And that was with me playing off an on since launch lol. The worst of it is the monsters they ask you to fight are nothing special here. They just require absurd level grinding to be able to do the stupid quest.
So what would you recommend to slot in to the upgraded versions? I’ve been using the respective resistance gems on the mantles so Ice Res = Ice proof mantle and Fire res = Fire proof mantle... For the non-elemental mantles I just cant decide on what’s best to slot in...
If I'm not mistaken, the ice proof and fire proof mantles already act as a maxed out resistance skill so, maybe it's overkill to put more resistance decos in them. use whatever you think could help you survive or inflict more damage.
Not sure why but I haven't been able to get the quest to get Rocksteady mantle + and I have done 6 other mantle + quest and look back and not seeing the black diablos. What am I missing for the person to give me the quest?
How do i unlock the rocksteady mantle? Ive already killed 5 elder dragons. Im hr 80 and mr 53 but i still cant unlock that stupid vaal hazak quest for that mantle

Hey, I want to know is there anyone else glitched out from getting the Affinity Booster. Just completed the questline and "RRRumble in the waste" does not show on my quest list. Anyone knows what is going on?
