Very simple! If someone doesn't like you, take a step back, start detaching yourself on him. Stop giving too much, avoid doing too much effort for him because sometimes men will test you and men will manipulate you even you give you all for him. Stop giving your attention! Stop giving gifts or anything to avoid your ex being confused or annoyed. Start doing the things you love, focus on your self more is very very important. Starting with a clean slate and marking the old relationship as dead is great. But if you reconcile, don’t acknowledge the past will they feel like they can get away with it I’d be taken for granted without apologies? But if u ask for clarification isn’t that digging up old wounds?

Ok yea i'm completely lost on re-creating the spark. I built it the first time on some lies that I didn't know how to keep in the past. Now all I think about is not trying to sound like a liar when I talk to her. Im sure she's not like she used to be and I understand her reasons. Can the fact his family keeps reaching out work in my advantage? He does not talk to me, I don't talk to him (NC for 6 weeks now), but his sister and parents do. They say how I've changed and shine and am beautiful, and how we both need time and that I should not count on his words of ,,never ever". And that the break up made us more mature and complex and that if we'd met in this stage before we could have been married within 6 months easily.

Coach Samira and Steven, I did NC for two months but I texted him about a movie I watched and asked him to watch and give some feedback as a way to reopen the conversation. His reply was short and cold. And he start to post on Instagram these days. He even post one photo of his back hiking yesterday. Looks like he's got someone new. How long should I wait to reach out again or should I just wait and see if he would reach out to me? Will there be anything I can do at this stage? My ex and I are coworkers. All summer we talked and hung out weekly going out on the boat or shooting pool. Early September I broke both feet in a motorcycle accident and she rushed to the ER. Last 2 months we saw each other as more than friends while I was recovering. She started hanging out with a new guy co-worker shortly after his engagement and i was getting jealous of her hanging out with him because I am still wheelchair-bound. She left me a week ago and I made the mistake of texting her the first couple days of the breakup. We didn't date long. Is there anyway I can win her back? I know what my faults are and trying to fix them after watching some of the videos. The stress of being stuck in a wheelchair and her still hanging out with people got to me.

hey. Im only 15 but me and this girl been going together for a year. We argued alot over the summer and now its to the point where she doesnt care about anything. Im trying my best to at least change her mind and ask for a chance where she can start caring again but its like nothing is working. Reimi H My opinion only, ... no. Make him miss you. Make him wonder. He probably will be expecting that. I know I would. I’ve learned the last 5 mos that I that reaching out is only hurting me. I think it still works bro if you do it the "right way." If you think she still has feelings for you, then give it a try and just be positive about it. I totally get you bro. Stay in no contact for awhile now. I've been dealing with it too and it really changes you. The whole point of NC is not just about getting back with your EX it's also about getting and feeling good about yourself. You may have lost confidence along the way but you'll get it back and who knows your girl may come back crawling at you. Hope this helps.

My ex left saying I cheated (I didn’t and would never) and even said she had a video which is impossible because it didn’t happen. What should I do if I am going through a period of no contact but I have a Snapchat streak with her but I’m having my friend do them. Should I end the streak? Does anyone have advice for this situation im in. I have an ex who i still have major feelings for. We had ups and downs like every couple but all ive ever wanted was one more chance to show him i can be the best girlfriend, best friend, and give him the whole universe. I dated a guy a month after we broke up (rebound) and he says he thinks he lost feelings because everytime he sees me my ex thinks all i want is the rebound guy. Theres obviously more behind it, but i cant keep fighting for him because his new girl is crazy, and hates me. I need genuine advice if anyone has it. How can I win him back when he lost all romantic feelings for 3 months now? (I only fought for him for 2 days, before he caught feelings for this girl he just started seeing) i know that was bad - my emotions overtook me. All ive ever wanted is him.

If u will be same like present situation ,she will attract you,ask urself..anyways she is avoiding and she is in the her state..she will not easily change by msgn ,contacting,she becomes more angree due to already she has stress about u...give her time ,she will first relax and then she can think about you in relax state that will be real what she want..if she want she will reach..but i suggest dont waste time...you become like before or more better than before...and that will automatically attract her towords u.

But what if they’re seeing someone else? I tried no contact, he didn’t care because he with her almost everyday. So I’m never on his mind unless I contact him which now he contacts me and checks on me. He did say he been was falling out of love before it ended. They are moving extremely fast in 2mths. She stays there while he’s at work all day. He’s a Taurus and she’s a Leo, which I research to not be compatible, yet they’re going strong. He don’t trust me from one mistake I made and no it wasn’t infidelity but I believe that’s the real reason he’s so adamant on not coming back. Bc he don’t love her but he won’t even cheat on her for me and the sex I know is something we shared that she can’t replace bc he admitted it, but he says he’s at peace. Should I just give up?

Hey guys and people that see this, my ex asked for space 2 weeks ago and she gave in a called last sunday and while talking i mentioned the no talking thing and she said she needs more time and bloody hung up on me! So i left it, it went all through monday to saturday which was lastnight when she called me again and told me something reminded her of me and we talked for an hour or so before she went to bed. Im not sure what to do now? Okay this sounds silly but during no contact are you still allowed to send snap streaks once a day? Is started sending them to her but as a blank pic and with no words just to keep the streak but not giving any info on what I’m doing and things like that but is that ok? Or do I need to end the streak for no contact to fully work

Darth Revan Don’t keep a snap streak. Don’t let them see your name on there phone. I tried it, when I ended the streak a week later she called me cussing at me cause she thought something happened to me.

What ifmy ex has an exwife. And he still has feelings for her. They have a child. But haven't been living together about 18months. And divorsed. He was beginning to really open up to me. I dont know if he lost feelings for me but he broke up with me cause his childs mother was keeping her away from him cause we were together and he said he had to make a decision. He called last week saying he still loves me but I dont believe it if he allowed this girl to destroy what we had by using the kid as a pawn. its too late, I waited too long, I realized too long, today I found out she's probably with someone else since her profile changed with a person kissing her cheek, and that wasn't long after I gave her an apology letter. its time to move on, I didn't think I would be this hurt and it was all caused by me. at least I learned from this experience, and hopefully am not the same shit that I was before.
