May I ask, how you utilized sitter city. I’m seeing only “babysitter” or “nanny”. How far are you willingly to travel? Well- I’m an in home daycare, I’m not willing to travel- lol. What am I missing? I’d really like to set myself apart as serious about this by paying for a service to advertise.

How much money in average do you need to save up to have a good start to your daycare.

Great question! I think it depends what you need for your Daycare. For example, all children need cots or a sleeping surface, also need toys to interact, and you'll need to pay for all trainings. Personally for me it cost a minimum of about $400 to start. I had a lot of toys, but had to buy tables, cots, pay for trainings, and then my licensing required me to make minor changes like window coverings, outlet covers, etc.
