In our society one unauthorisely occupant has not authosised by MHADA, society as well as Dy.Registrar. His default amount is more than 21 lakhs. Society committe is in favour of this unauthorise occupant. In this case can we proceed with selfdevelopment or redevelopment

Pl check all work done or pending. If pending then write on letter for all pedency and then sign. Ask builder to give time line in writing. Pl do not hurry such case else after builder will not listen any thing

Sir may i know do we need to give consent letter and allotement letter that we have selected you as a builder for redevelopment before asking MOU draft or after. We are stuck here 10-15 memebers are saying consent letter should not be given and also builder acceptance letter from society instead they are asking mou draft from builder . May i know what is correct procedure here.

In our Society some culprits (Society Chairperson and Secretary) is involved with builder and they have not taken me in any Society meeting I have opposed many times but they have not considered me and after few days the builder put the Board and make a Patra Boundaries around our Society...builder also took sign of other members forcefully in the agreement can I stop him with some legal action please help me

Hello sir, hamare society ka bhi redevelopment honevala hai. Aaj hi builder ne hamare society members ko floor plan flat selection ko diya hai. Maine builder ko message karke mene select kiya Hua flat details bheje. Usper builder ka reply aaya ki, ye mujhe writing me dena hoga. Plain paper bhi write karke diya to chalega bola. Managing comittee agar transperancy se flat owners ko confidence mein le rahi to kya karna chahiye ? Mislead karke majority banana chahte hain, to kya remedy hai ? Society defunct ho chuki hai. Registrar of societies ko updates nahi kiya. To kya remedy hai, pls. Note: correction. Transparency se kaam nahi kar rahi, owners ko kahi mislead karke majority create karna chahte hai to,pls.
