yes i have fished one before. it is really rare and can hold the crystal cave open for around 20 minutes. then after the 20 min you have 2 min to get out. same goes for blue but its around 10min

It's mostly just luck

The gems I got were from fishing off the dock next to the ucs

After inspecting the two, I am highly sure that purple is more expensive then green
