How to get dryer belt off and back on for almost all dryers

I think we often take for granted the abundance of helpful videos that can be found online, but they wouldn’t be there if people like yourself didn’t take the time to capture and publish the videos online. It’s so helpful for those of us who didn’t have a handyman for a father 😂

This was a great help, thank you! But like another commenter my belt seemed to be much tighter than the one in the video. The video made it appear the belt was rather slack and installed easily over the pulley, I really had to strain. Since I reused the belt that was originally there I was sure the belt was the correct size.

i watch a other video he did it his way and was difficult the way he did it work then 1 day later the belt snap lol your way is easy

Need your help I change both front rollers the belt put everything back together, but the drums does not turn. Could it be the felt on the front of the drum I am stuck please help any information is helpful

How in THE HELL do you have so much room on your pulley? I had to CRANK that idler pulley almost ALL the way back to the motor wheel to get it on, and even then it was SUPER TIGHT. I ordered the exact same size of idler pulley and nothing else has changed. Did they give le the wrong size belt when we bought it?
