They went to a supermarket and spent the 60 dollars which was loaded in the card. The supermarket still got the money. The money was provided by the college for the students. Are you that blind?

Stop telling every one it is free food .Utilizing a food bank as an option for those facing financial difficulties or joblessness is a critical resource in providing support to vulnerable individuals and families. While the food may not be technically "free" since it comes from donations, it serves a vital role in addressing immediate hunger and sustenance needs

Here the colleges are only providing the cards to the students. These two didn't go and register themselves in the food banks. Open your mind first and then comment.

The people that you see in this video are amongst the lowest class of educated people in India. By "lowest class", I am referring to people who lack integrity despite being educated. Get them deported or remove access of such cards from people (like them) who don't really need it. Your scammy government says 10k in available funds is enough and issues the visa despite knowing well that you can't survive on 10k for 4 years. If your government asks for a more realistic 50k to 100k in funds, you'll not get enough students applying for your junk diploma mills payin 3x the regular fees.

If it's for poor and homeless, then College shouldn't be providing those cards to students. She clearly told during first day of admission, the college will provide these cards to students.

Everything beggars get is free, but that may be their necessity. Stop telling able bodied Indians, who spend Rs 25 lakh or more to come to Canada, to take the food from the homeless shelters or food kitchens meant for the homeless or poor.
