How to get Graduation Equivalent Degree using Master COC from Mumbai University! 

Whats is the procedure to obtain one ..??? I am a master Mariner and I cleared my second mates on 2011, saw the circular dated on 2022, but no idea about the procedure. Pls share if u know. Thanks

Now they are considering even 2nd mate COC as equivalent. Probably Master NCV is also included.

Engineers are actually considered graduates so I have never anyone asking for it.

contact Association of Indian Universities (AIU) ...call them in January....

You can mail them. I recently got my BSc equivalence certificate from AIU
