Do you also need to have, or be working on, a degree to work at Equinox?

No. Interview people who've done the work. Find out the best method (as for pilates.) Take hundreds of different classes from different instructors. Practice yourself 4-6 hours a day. Do that. Our online internship will help you with your fitness journey.
