I learned so much from this interview! Being unemployed and working to get a job, I thought I was doing everything possible but I've learned there are some crucial steps I was missing. September is for implementing these new nuggets and I'm manifesting a new career before the end of the month.

Im a 19 year old young man and I have obtained my Sec+ and currently under investigation for my secret clearance. I also landed my first iT job which is offering me 60k at the age of 19. I still live with my parents but I’m also studying for my CCNA and I’m currently in college. Nate Wylie: If you have seen 2K applications for one role. It's because people have engaged in spray and pray, meaning they have been using the same resume for each and every application out there. It's also because the Recruiter at the organization is overwhelmed with these applications and has not created an effective system and routine to screen and flush out these applications. As for advising people to use Chat GPT to write a resume, considering it's a tool and all, your words...You're setting them up for failure and #HR is not here for the shitz. @MHRCF
