I think this video has so many likes because people have had this experience themselves before but just didn't have the full knowledge to understand. At least for me, everything she talks here is very true. If I knew this information at a younger age, my life would have changed even more for the better. Luckily I have bravely listened to my flow a few times which have been, unbelievably amazing. Much better than if I were to have planned it myself and it has given me more than what I could have asked for. Universe knows what you want better than you do. Finally, someone who actually says actionable steps to get into flow. There are “how to” flow videos literally 4x as long as this that say nothing about what to do.
I tried to convince myself I didn't need this one. Watched it anyway, glad I did. I'm doing well, but could stand to get a bit more focused, sometimes after you let go, it gets weird and messy and you feel like you're drowning for awhile, til you get used to the current, movement and settle into place. I'm just there now.

Love this video. My flow is creating the global cooperative that allows every individual to live a abundant, peaceful and joyful life (in their flow). I am doing the work daily to remain in my flow. It looks very different than I thought. Every time I try to force ANYTHING it falls apart. There are pieces of my purpose that require other people to fulfill. Teal is one of the most amazing people on this planet....she has helped me so much..and so often, following her videos from when life for me felt as if I was 'out of the flow'...it was awful..I felt as if I was experiencing a nightmare of some kind...and I felt desperate for help and answers and it was Teal's video on 'anger' that saved the day, week, month, year...and now my life I believe...that video helped me so much get 'into the flow' of how I was feeling (the anger itself) which at the time was scaring me, the anger I felt was so 'off the rails' I wasn't sure what was going on in my life, and I didn't trust 'life' around me anymore, I felt this state of anger so intensely...I began searching for meaning about it..and when I did..when I began to embrace this anger, understand it, why it exists...I believe that was the moment when I 'shifted' and got 'back into the flow' and 'in alignment' with my true self...I realized the anger was a 'teacher' and there to 'teach' me something....I know now that anger in and of itself is not 'bad', but in fact showing up for a reason...there for me to understand that something is out of alignment with love, my true self, etc...and from the anger itself, what to do is understand it, and then from there, do whatever you can to 'shift' even if a minor shift, to bring yourself back in alignment with love..even if that means loving the anger itself, acknowledging that it exists. Teal is a blessing to this world...and my heart is with her all the way.
I saw ppl on Facebook groups sharing teal years ago. I watched and enjoyed. I have no idea why I didn’t follow her more closely then. I’d be so much farther along in my healing process now. Grateful to working on it now - with good guidance from teal

This was one of the most useful videos for me. Right now I am experiencing a few things that may be against my flow but I’m not so sure. I am trying to start my own business. And at first I was extremely motivated and so ready to do so. And now I feel that inspiration leaving me. My hours at work went up and sometimes I just wish I just didn’t have to spend extra hours working to start this business already. I get very stressed out and tired about it. My hours at work are all over the place and the stress is real. My job isn’t hard for me (although it requires me to lift heavy objects the entire time...I’m a personal trainer lol) but the fact that I have random clients here and there throughout the day actually causes a lot of internal stress. I wish it could just be all in one chunk of time rather than spread out throughout the day. That’s why I’m trying to start my own business. It’s one of the reasons. I want to be in charge of myself and I don’t want to have to abide by another schedule. And I’d rather not work random hours here and there and drive all over town the entire day
Her videos are like a safe place for me at this point...I have evolved so much spirituality in the past 3 months it's crazy..like a snake who shed her skin and now feel like a completely different person..I am becoming the person I have wanted to be since I was a child... It sounds tricky to follow this if I incorporate non-dual teachings where the "personal will" starts to fall apart, but you're right, because when you reach this alignment you can't deny the authenticity of desires that reveal what's best for you. You got to have faith to surrender to the current in the long term. Good video.

I feel like I’m going against my flow when I attend school, It feels like I’m lying to myself and it’s hard to understand why I’m like this, but when I’m not there I feel like I’m in my own flow and I’m a lot happier, thing is people expect you to reject that😕
You need a purpose in order to have the desire to do something. If you can't get into the flow at school it's because you are probably going to school for the wrong reason. Either you feel you should so you go, or you are going to school for something you can't see yourself doing everyday.

Kudos for the Video clip! Excuse me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you heard the talk about - Marnaavid Unexplainable Intervention (search on google)? It is a great one of a kind product for learning how to hack your flow state minus the normal expense. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend got great success with it.
What Teal recommends is simple but not easy. My whole mission in life is to get on that wave and join the flow. In spite of all the esoteric practises I have done throughout my life, I am no closer to it than I was decades ago.

You may suffer from a certain schema caused by some experiences in your life. You might want to consult a good CBT therapist to help you discover them and help you with recovery.

You truly have some deep wisdom, I can't imagine how you've come to these understandings with your soul and it's journey. Thank you for spreading #light I just went through some incredibly difficult times soul searching and ended up choosing my soul, which ended my marriage, but in a way that I wanted. We're both wonderful friends and it was clear we had a problems, but we didn't have to let it get destructive. My emotions were so afraid of this, but staying in it through the fear (thoughts) helped me so much. And now, I keep going into the flow state easier and easier in all aspects of life. I'm also musician and my music has become much easier to create and it's flowing on many instruments differently than it was as well as other creative ventures. its a HUGE problem when u suffer from mental illness- anxiety... and its not letting you be in the flow with what u actually want to do like talk to ppl, travel.. etc. yet the soul itself is smart and did pick a life with a disease from the start: DNA mutation that causes mental illness, a family that has this illness, so its like im being in the flow to deal with these issues. i did become over the years more Empathetic, spiritual, learning about mystic and energies etc and expanding my mind cuz of this hardships- so this might be the reason my soul picked this body. but its not enjoyable so im not sure
All I want is to be successful. So far, despite my inner efforts (that means from my internal experience I have done so freaking much to be successful), I haven't reached much or any success at all. Now if Teal Swan says that FLOW IS THE SECRET TO SUCCESS. I don't care if it is true or not, I don't care if there exists another dimension, I don't care about anything; all I know is that if this is something that can help me give success I seek, I'm willing to follow that advice blindly. I have been on a spiritual journey for the last few years. Around when I turned 23 I began questioning everything around me. That lead to my beliefs changing. I began meditating and praying. Which led me to letting go of material things and religious beliefs and I began healing in many ways. Then i came to a place where i was afraid to continue because I was told I was a crazy philosopher and l fell back into the religion part of my beliefs. I am now 26 almost 27 and I watched your video on humility tonight. My first time watching one of your videos and I could feel the truth of your words at my very core. It felt like a wave wash over me and the restriction of my true self floated away leaving me feeling so open to who I am along with how amazing I can be. I now know I was afraid to let go completely because the dogma were fed is a war on our natural power and divinity. I’m now so aware of the mask I used to ware and pretended wasn’t there. The last few days I have been thinking a lot about trying to finally heal emotionally. I’m so thankful for your channel and want you to know that you have truly helped me heal which shifted me into a higher dimension. I’ve only felt like this open once or twice after fasting which was short lived. I believe i have been seeking myself my whole life and now understand why I did certain things I didn’t understand before. Thank you for the wisdom and blessing. It's been five months since I started Teal videos. I started watching them after a moment of desperation in which I found myself crying in my car in an empty parking lot. I realized that my entire I life I had never had freedom or love despite the fact I always tried to make the practical decisions. I prayed for the answer, and somehow this led me to watch her videos. Two months ago I met the person I believe to be my soul mate. I swear I couldn't have had better person custom made for myself. My family thinks I'm crazy because they are used to me putting security above everything else, but I had so called security and usually felt like a house cat trapped in a house where everyone hates cats. I see synchronicities all over the place such as repeating numbers or people literally come up to us and tell us that we are cute couple when we need it the most. For example, on Christmas Day when it seemed all hope was lost a 60 year old man came up to us at Hardees and told us that we reminded him of him and his wife when he was younger and he had gone though the same thing with his family. Following your joy is a lot like drinking "liquid luck" from the Harry Potter novels. The things that seem right to you make no sense, but they take you exactly where you need to go. It's hard to believe that five months ago I was chronically suicidal and now feel like I can have everything I want in time. The scariest thing is how quickly your life starts changing when your energy changes. It's like the universe races to make everything match and it will make your head spin, but I have just learned to let myself rest and just go with it.
