When you place an assest it clips through terrain and places under the map. Some people just ignore or miss some because minimal assest space and doesn't effect anythint.

I remember when rockstar sent cease and decase letters to modders, only to later add almost off the stuff the modders made I to the game 🤣🤣🤣🤣💀

Firstly rockstar only sent cease and decades to mod menus (allegedly) and the creators of the hot coffee mod…which they differently didn’t add, the rest of done by Take Two interaction, which owns rockstar games IP which gives them the right to sue on behalf of Rockstar Games, oh also the only feature in recent times that modders made and fixed was a loading error within online original connection to servers, the rest has never been added to GrandTheftAuto 5 nor Online
