@@dawsonsschittcreek5395 I thought I was the only one who thought that. The lady was asking good questions but she wasn't giving the answers but going around the topic. All I got from this, is go on Google, RU-vid and and get my book...it didn't answer any of my questions.

Thank you for posting this I was wondering how to get into the field entry level as far as tech without the experience yet. Kinda like doing caregiver jobs before coming a nurse or being a teacher assistant before becoming a teacher lol.
Awesome interview. I would say another great option would be to get the fundamental certifications such as COMPTIA A Plus, Network Plus and Security plus.
She wasn't answering the questions the interviewer was asking; she kept meandering and fluffing around. She used a lot of words but very little content. Im disappointed
Agreed. I got more from a 4 minute cyber animation from a cyber specialist (video link here- ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FblHwG2VgcA.html) than I did during this interview, which shocked me because I like the guest speaker and have followed her a long time.
Great to see a female in the STEM field, but withheld really valuable information that was being asked of her. It is ok to promote yourself, but if you are a guest speaker then please make sure to at least answer questions appropriately, this could also help your book sells. The problem with "Us" is that we feel we do not want to share unless there is a tag on what we have to offer. I get it from a business perspective, but sometimes just being open you will receive your blessings threefold. The industry is huge for IT and there is enough to go around for everyone. Love the host, but the guest was just a little too secretive for my taste. I see I am not alone on this one.

This woman cannot answer ANY of these questions or simply does not want to. I am an engineer and I know how that we like to see things from every angle before we get to the point but we actually get to the point where the listener will understand what has to be done. I really tried hard to understand what she was saying and there was nothing specific at all. TLDR version of this video: There is an X amount of things to learn, in Y places. Good luck.
Because she has no interest in giving us the information, she selling a book on how to break into the industry and wants us to pay. There’s another RU-vid video of a nurse who made the switch into cybersecurity and she had her viewers pay $50 for a google doc she made on how she made the switch… They just want to make quick cash on desperate people. 😑

Great video. Just what I was looking for, you seemed to read my mind as iam looking to pivot from the music business to cybersecurity as way of creating a more stable income that can be done remotely. Big plus is that you are both so beautiful!
Thanks for doing the video, but in my opinion when you interview someone who obviously has NO clue it destroys the integrity of not just this video but all of them.
You dont need to know how to code to start a cyber security.. starting IT helpdesk or A+ Networking is a plus then taking cyber security makes things much easier otherwise its ok to step in with zero exprience..
Don't work in Cyber Sec just because you want that money. You can't fake it till you make it. You need a solid motivation and drive. Lot of humiliation, and feel ok to take risks. Need team effort, also need to be confidence to work alone and constantly learning. Otherwise, you will feel burn out and overwhelm.
The lady ask a lot of good questions but the other lady was answering them with lack of passion at all. It felt like she was given the same answers and more about herself, and what she's trying to promote.

Sorry but this field is not for you lady and as we can see she is doing so much side hustle like youtube e-books without even having the needed experience and authority to write book. What does that mean? Cardi Bs? The field is for anyone interested and able to be in it. This young lady may be off kilter but that has nothing to do with “Cardi B”. The guest speaker isn’t even Dominican!
I'm having two courses in my mind one is MBA in digital marketing at @snhu university or master's in cyber security @ec council university /saint Leo University as from these universities i can get a degree online so these are preferences what should i go with ? anybody out there who can help me?
