First of all thank you for the video, it was such a helpful video. My question is that how about interviews for msc advanced materials at imperial? Are we expected to answer some mathematical- scientific questions? Also will we be doing group task in a msc interview as in a meng interview? What is the difference between these 2 type of interviews? Thanks! Best Regards

this is so helpful damn, you have earned yoself a sub :). I absolutely can relate to that undeserving feeling at first towards the exclusiveness of imperial college london. The entry requirement for master is upper distinction 2.1, which discourages me from applying ... not sure if 4 years of experience can make up for my subpar undergrad GPA

Thank you! Unfortunately I didn't do MCAT. All I did was the A levels and that was enough to apply for engineering at Imperial.

Hello! No worries, always nice to know it's useful. I've read a friend's computing P.S before, and he talked about his passion for programming as well as certain books he read. Everyone will have different backgrounds so you don't need to copy his. I'd suggest talking about why you want to apply, why you will be good (passionate + good in computing / math) as well as maybe projects you've done to pursue it.

Hello! Thanks for the great advice! I'm currently a secondary school student in Singapore, and I'm just wondering if the chances of getting into imperial college would be higher if you take part in sports or other out-of-school activities? I have previously read in a book that applicants mostly have good grades so they are differentiated by other co-curricular activities, and it'll be good to know in advance so I have time to take up other activities. (I'm a sec 1 so I have a couple of years to build up a portfolio) Thanks!

Hello! Yeah I think it'll help if you did some out-of-school activities related to the field you're interested in. Not too sure how useful sports is, but since you're in Sec 1 I'll advise you to try out more stuff! Long way to build your portfolio

Also, do you know if it matters which secondary school you come from? Like do they see if you come from the so-called "elite" or "neighbourhood" school, or are you judged purely on your grades?

Hey, so I am a British national living and studying in Pakistan. I want to apply to imperial but I don't really understand where to start ..We cant really choose our subjects independently , we have specific groups. For example I cant have further math's with computer sciences and math's (which will help my resume). Also I don't really understand which fee structure ill be told to follow as I am a national but am completing my high school from Pakistan. PLEASE HELP!!!
