Exactly sir, this is what I have learnt after 20 years of exercise. 99% squeeze their shoulder blades. Its possible with cable but also very hard to distinguish. I tend to keep my lats fully open like a bloated frog so the majority of pressure goes on rear delts when doing low pulley cross cable🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Or just do your rows and pulldowns properly and it'll happen anyway. It's like recommending front raises for front delts instead of just pressing

These aren’t bad if dumbbells is all you’ve got. Sideways on a chest fly machine gets you a greater range of motion plus constant resistance curve.
