This video will guide, how to enroll in YSS Lessons and get Kriya Yoga Diksha
Once we enrolled for basic lessons in YSS website, 18 lessons will be send through post, we need to start the practice as guided in lessons. Once this process is completed then we eligible for Kriya Yoga Diksha.
