Hello Moujan and Saied. Thank you so much for all the information. I`m from Portugal and my fiancée is from Kazakhstan, we will marry in Ankara in less than 1 month. I have a few questions. Do you know if we need to hire an interpreter for the celebration if we cannot speak turkish? Is it easy to find a translator and notary to translate all the marriage documents in Turkey? Thank you very much.

Felicidades.

to be on the safe side you need at least one week if all your documents are ready but if you have to certify them from your consulate in Istanbul then you need to contact them to check how long it takes them to certify the required documents for your marriage application and then add to it at least 4 working days
