I love your content, but you've got to change how often ads come on. It's very frustrating to be listening to you and every 3 to 5 minutes an add comes on that then keeps wanting to go for 40 minutes sometimes. I like to listen to teachings while I'm doing housework or cooking and I tried to listen to one of your hour long videos yesterday that took almost 2 hours to listen to because I kept having to stop what I was doing, go skip the ad and go back to what I'm doing and then another ad would start playing and I would have to go back and skip that ad, etc. Give this content without so many ads, pretty please. 😊😊 Cuz it's really good content and I've been enjoying listening to what you've been teaching!
I'm pretty sure the ads help the algorithm and help his valuable channel grow. But if you're really needing, watch on the Brave Browser app to avoid them.
While coaching I am struggling to listen intently and and pick out the key things client are saying. My mind is thinking about one point and misses, maybe, a more poignant point raised and this causes me to not have focused thinking. Is writing notes good or distracting?
