You didn't have to use a flow to add the incremental ID to the 'Index ID" or "MY ID" columns. You could have used a calculated column with a formula to mirror the value of "ID" Column into the "index ID" or "MY ID" column. Then, you could have set the calculated column as an Indexed Column. In short, the first workflow was not needed.

Have you tried it.... I think calculated columns also give delegation ... I will check from my end and if you have already tested please confirm here... Btw Thank you for suggestion✅

@@lastminutecoders I actually found a way to get over 7,000 records and be able to filter through them. No Delegation issues at all. I will create a video explaining how I did it.

Thanks For Video , i have one Q. is it possible that if i'm on page number 9 in paginated gallery then from dataverse only 81st to 90th data should be there in power app previous and next data should be selected when required ?? please let me know , becasue when i try to load all data at the time of sorting its performance decreases , consider no. rows are more than 1 million

Thanks for the video. I really needed this solution. but how to make this dynamic? If I don't know the number of items in the list, or the items are ever increasing? I have a dataverse table with 37K records and it keeps on increasing. please suggest!!

Yeah, You can also create refresh button in your app, inside refresh button just copy the code (ClearCollect......)

Hi @elisama2936, You will not use Excel as your orignal datasource correct. Save that Excel data to SharePoint or Dataverse. Then go with this approach

I am trying to get this to work but am encountering issues because some of my columns are multi-select choice columns. I cannot get the auto-numbering feature to work. I believe I need an array variable for these, but I cannot find a solution. Do you have any tips?

Hi Vinay, Jikes, i never used flow before, seems hard... And if it that slow from loading data, i don't think i wanna use it then So i was wondering can we use more filter options in the gallery when we want to load more then 2000 items I have some columns that also have Status = Complete, Removed, Return ect... How can i use this in the same filter with Status ? Thank you

The reason we made flow is to get value inside indexID column. 1, 2, 3,.... 2000+. Flow save times, if you enter manually it will take hours and you may enter wrong values. But with flow it is accurate. If you face any issue mail me at lastminutescode@gmail.com

@@Ian_Enterprise By more filter options you mean filter data by other multiple columns values. If my above understanding to your question is correct. Then yes we can filter gallery data based on any column value. We can use multiple filters.

Sorry I didn't got your question ------ Test the app and review ------ When you will add new item to the list. Index_ID or new ID column value will not auto populate. You have to update the patch code in your Canvas App. Like every time a new item added Index_ID= last Index_ID + 1
