“How to become a construction contractor” would be a better title. I work with contractors and had no clue what the title meant 😂. I love the video though! Sharing with my young brother who JUST got a job in residential remodeling in hopes of becoming a commercial project manager in 10 years.

I manage my dad's building contracting business. Letting go and removing myself out of the field and focusing on becoming excellent at building the business is a challenge. I know I am called that direction but it is a spiritual battle when you completely make that transition. We are a custom builder so the product in the field is also critical to us. But hey you already know what I mean! Thank you for posting these videos. And your testimony.
