Great tips! I have made my health and wellness as a goal , then break that goal down to a routine , now they became a habit . Example: 1.Workout 30 minutes 2.Steps 10,000 or more 3.Drinking 64 ounces of water I have made mine a routine this year . For 2022 I am making my finances my goal . Then break it down into a routine then a habit. This one is a big one for me ! Looking forward to more videos from you 😀
@@woodlover5784 I workout 30 minutes in the morning. I’m on my feet all morning so I get a minimum of 10,000 steps in .The main thing is to keep moving .
You are a breath of fresh air!! I've been racking my brain around how to get started with creating my "systems" that best serve the habits that I want to cultivate for this coming year. Thank you for making it simple and so doable. Love this series!!
Love how clean and focused your habit tracker is. Makes sense to make your habits part of your routines that way you're more likely to do them. Great breakdown, Alaina 🙂
Great TIPS! Anxious for tomorrow. A couple I have is to workout consistently and change my eating habits to more whole foods. Thank you Alaina! Very helpful 😁
Great content! I am following these tips. My habits include daily Bible reading, grading student work, praying, budget check in, skin care, crafting or Bible journaling.
Just turned 40 this year and re-evaluating my life. These videos are very helpful. I keep my habit tracker on my phone since it's pretty much with me wherever I go! 😅
So thankful I stumbled across your channel!! I just started my own business and it's been such a challenge with two small kiddos. I consume a lot of content about time management but it's so nice for you to really demonstrate this. Can't wait to get through the entire series. I've already purchased a few of your downloads and love them.
Thank you for your content- I would like to just create a system that works to become better organized- a system to be more efficient and just easier to track.
Love, love your tips and content. So very helpful!!!! If I had to make a suggestion… although you have beautiful hands, all the movement is so, so very distracting. It’s like a presenter or speaker with jangling or noisy jewelry (ie bracelets). Thank you again for the info.
Thank you so much for this video it’s fantastic and I feel encouraged that I could actually do this myself. The one question I have is how do you put into your habit tracker a habit that you want to stop or decrease?
Yes! Include anything you want to make a habit. I also like to add these habits behind something that I am already doing like drink coffee then take medicine..:
You are a very articulate speaker & RU-vidr! I love how you get right to the point!!! It’s so frustrating to be 2-3 minutes into the video before they start with the content. Well done. I’m subscribing:)
